Major
routes to Uxbridge |
Follow this link to a map of Uxbridge with an arrow pointing at our meeting place at the junction of Belmont Road and York Road. You will find us there in the Friends' Meeting House. For those of you who know the area, we are very close to the Sainsbury's supermarket. Our meetings are convenient for those arriving by bus, underground or by car. We recommend parking at the Chimes Shopping Centre which is a 5 minute walk away and is reasonably priced but there are many other car parks in the centre of town. The underground station is marked on the map and is less than 5 minutes walk. The bus garage is even closer than the underground station. |

If arriving by car, you can use the route planner to the left to assist
in planning your route. Enter your start address or postcode in the
relevant boxes then click the arrow button. When taken to the navigation website, the route is broken into stages on the left and a there is a map on the right. There is a box called "route flight" with a little arrow. If you click the arrow, the route is "driven" for you to follow. The pre-entered destination is the car park of The Chimes Shopping Centre. You then use
this map to find the Friends' Meeting House which has an arrow
pointing towards it. |
